A little about me: I’m a mother of three, a creative at heart & keep Christ as the center of my life and my business. Outside of the studio I find joy in creating with my hands, whether through art, diy projects or everyday moments at home. Cancellation Policy
At Alexas Arched Angels, we strive to provide exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone and maintain a smooth schedule;
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the service price.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
A 15 minute grace period is given however showing up beyond that may result in rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but we kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients by adhering to this policy.
